When placing your first order, you have the option to check the “create an account” box, which allows you to create a customer account by choosing your password. This is confidential and will be requested when you log into your account.

If you cannot connect to your Phyto 3000 account, it may be because you did not create an account during your first order. Check your emails to be sure. However, if you have correctly entered your email address when ordering, you will receive an email confirming the taking charge of your package, as well as an email confirming the shipment of your package (with a link to track its delivery).

How to make an order ?
1. Fill your cart – Products and Coupons
By clicking on “Add to cart”, you can select the products you want to order. This will bring you to your “Basket”, where you can update your selection at any time, changing quantities, and adding or removing products. Remember to “Update cart” before confirming.
2. Confirmation – Address and paymentIf you already have an account, log in with your e-mail and password. You can register as a new customer by checking the box provided for this purpose at the bottom of the page. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, except when necessary to respond to a request from you – such as to ship your order. Then enter your billing address. It will be used by default as your delivery address. If you want your order to be sent to a different address, check the box reserved for this purpose, and enter your delivery address. You can then select the payment method you want to use.
3. Validate your order Check that all the information you have provided is correct. Read and accept the terms and conditions before finalizing your order. Finally, validate by clicking on “Order”. Thank you for your order!
COMMENT UTILISER UN CODE PROMOTIONNEL ?
Tu peux ajouter un code promo en cliquant sur « Panier », dans lequel tu trouveras le détail des produits que tu souhaites acheter. Tu trouveras sur cette page une section pour ajouter le code promotionnel. Tape le code dans la zone « Code promo » puis clique sur « Appliquer ». Le coût total de tes produits choisis sera ajusté automatiquement.
Un seul code promotionnel peut être utilisé par transaction. Une fois la commande confirmée, tu ne pourras pas modifier/appliquer le code.
